How It Works

Moments to Memories offers an array of different preservation styles for our brides. Keep in mind that some styles will accommodate different florals better than others. Don't panic if you haven't made a final decision upon booking, we are happy to help you in this decision once we have accepted your date!

Once you have had a chance to look over our offered styles, please reach out through our contact page or through a direct order form. After we have received your project inquiry, a member of our team will reach out shorty to discuss your project details. As preserving is a time sensitive process, we are only able to take a set number of projects per week so the earlier the better!

After your preservation has been accepted a team member will guide you through a collaborative stage to determine the exact details of your project. Once these details have been finalized, we ask for a full payment or a 25% non refundable down payment to officially reserve your date/preservation! Please keep in mind that the full payment is due by your event date. If the full payment has not been submitted by that time, we will not be able to fulfill your project. 

Now that you have picked your style, collaborated on your dream preservation, and reserved your spot, the next step is to enjoy your beautiful wedding moment!

Moments to Memories is a Chicago based company that serves nationwide. Your arrangement must be dropped off/shipped to the agreed upon location (stated in your project contract) within 3 days of your event. Next day shipping may be mandatory based on your location, please keep in mind that clients are responsible for all shipping costs. It is extremely important that the florals are as healthy as possible when going into the preservation process to achieve the greatest outcome. 

Once we have your arrangement, we ask for 8-12 weeks to complete your preservation. Why do we ask for so much time? The drying process is a very delicate and time absorbing process that we don't want to rush. We often complete projects sooner than the quoted period ,but we promise the wait is worth it!
